One statistic that we are particularly proud of is that, of all of our applicants to read medicine since Barts began in 1985, 85% (28 out of 34) have been successful. This is despite the fact that the great majority of our applicants have been ‘re-take’ candidates. Not many medicine applicants come to Barts, but of those that do, most succeed. We also have great success in veterinary medicine and dentistry.
